Yoga in the Yurt

Hi Flamingos,

If you've seen the email regarding the yoga retreat day, here are some details...

Sunday 3rd April 10am to 5pm.

Wilstead West End Farm, used to be The Old Piggery B and B. It's just off the A6 between Clophill and Haynes.

It's a collaboration between Becky Griffiths (Crazy Cat yoga) and myself.

There will be a delicious vegetarian lunch plus snacks and tea and coffee included.

There will be Hatha Yoga, Yin and Nidra plus a soundbowl meditation. And maybe a couple of different things for you to try.

Plus a country walk or time to chill, read, enjoy the view, chat.

This is a day for you to recharge, revitalise and retreat, getting away from it all and enjoying time with like minded people but especially YOU ❤
