I've added this Yin Yoga video. It's suitable for all. Very passive poses, literally lying, sitting still for a few minutes at a time. This is really good for the joints and for the connective tissue/fascia in our bodies.
There's a lovely long Yoga Nidra meditation at the end too.

You'll need a blanket and a couple of cushions. Or yoga blocks, bolster if you have them x
