This coming Wed Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra will be at 9.30am online instead of 5.30pm. This class allows you to find stillness and quiet in long held poses and to juice up your joints and stimulate organs. The Nidra is a guided meditation in a sleep position and is a fantastic way to reduce stress and set any intentions you may have for the coming months, or just to reaffirm your YOUness.
