

Thanks to everyone who came to Yoga Chill today. Here's the poem l read.
Does your life sometimes feel like this paper boat? Being thrown around, sometimes faster than you are comfortable with. Not always going in the direction you'd like.
A regular yoga practice and in particular breath work and meditation can really help. We find sukha (calm, ease) and sthira (active, strong) in our physical poses. We can quiet the mind when we breathe. So we can take this off the mat into our lives and feel more calm, more clarity while the maelstrom moves about us. And learn to let go of having to control every aspect of our life. Maybe go with the flow. And know that we are enough just as we are.❤ 🙏🦩
