A 75 minute class. Yin Yoga. A passive style of yoga to treat the joints and fascia of the body. This is suitable for all and benefits include reduced stress, aids anxiety, better sleep and greater flexibility. No experience necessary.
Stay for a cuppa after class or just for yoga.
