Are you fine? That's great if so. But if not, maybe tell someone. Our mental health is vitally important, as important as our physical health. And if we bottle up things, it can be really detrimental. Stress has many symptoms, it's good to find some time for self care. You time. Time to be present in the moment. Calm, quiet and vital. Yoga helps me to be that. In that moment I'm not planning the next thing, not worrying about the last thing, just present. And that time heals, allows us to process thoughts, feel feelings. Come and try it. All my classes are suitable for all levels, and if you have any concerns then I'm here to help.
Thanks to everyone who came to Yoga in the Park on Saturday. What a lovely session that was! I'm scheduling another in a couple of weeks.
