Your resolutions? Well obviously they are yours, but my advice? Be realistic with goals you set yourself, be kind to yourself, be consistent. If you want to lose weight don't delay exercising because it helps the process and is a great way to have fun and feel good.
If you want to feel fitter, try a few different things. You never know what will work specifically for you. It might be yoga gives you fitness of the mind and spirit, it might be Conditioning, you might like the challenge of a stability ball class. Be willing to mix it up occasionally. But acknowledge it takes time. Results take time. But are perfectly achievable with commitment and consistency.
And I'm here to help. For me, exercise is fun, it makes me feel alive, connected. If l can pass a little of that euphoria to you l am happy.
