I hope you're having a great 2024 so far. I know challenges are constantly being sent our way and l send love to you if that's the case for you at the moment ❤️
I've also had a difficult week with a friend very poorly in a coma. I've found exercise and Yoga invaluable. Praying he comes through this.
Last night, Feb 9th, was a new moon, when the moon sits in-between the Earth and the sun with the illuminated side facing away from us, hence we can't see it. New moons are times when it's good to set intentions and look at what you need or want in the coming month or year. Certainly some changes are scary and it takes courage to action them, but life is short and it is precious, so be brave and adventurous if you can.

It is also Chinese New Year today, Year of the Dragon 🐉
The dragon is a creature of excellence and very auspicious. Noble and courageous are traits of those born in the year of the dragon. I'm a goat, or sheep lol! How about you?

My Yoga classes always incorporate Meditation and the Yin class on a Wed is a very meditative practice with a Nidra in which we can set intention. If you are curious please contact me or come and give Yoga a try. It really does have so many benefits, physical and mental.
I am going on holiday 23rd February to 3rd March inclusive. I won't be doing classes during that period but l have videos available for anyone that wants them. I might run a pop up class but it very much depends on Internet access and the weather (we're up North)

I ran a successful Thursday night 90min class on 1st Feb with a long Yoga Nidra and am considering doing another early March if anyone is interested.
Finding time and space for yourself is paramount and whether that is 5 nights abroad, or an hour in the village hall or online, can really make a difference. Of course l also teach fitness and conditioning, so something for everyone.
