WHAT IS FIT FLAMINGO?

About

Established in 2020, Fit Flamingo combines Caroline's love for teaching fitness and yoga classes and her admiration for flamingos. 

​

Fit Flamingo allows anyone, anywhere, to get fit, improve their health and have fun in the comfort of their own home. 

​

Fit Flamingo focuses on delivering a range of yoga classes, to suit all abilities, as well as a variety of other fitness classes, such as: weight lifting, conditioning and aerobics. A full list of classes can be found on the class times page.

Caroline created fit flamingo at the start of the pandemic, in order to continue providing her fitness and yoga classes during lockdown. 

​

Caroline has over 30 years of experience as a fitness instructor. She is trained in les mills: body pump, body jam, body balance, body step and body attack.

​

With 200 hours of yoga teacher training, 50 hours of yin yoga and 50 hours of yoga nidra training, she has extensive experience and offers hatha yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra classes as part of Fit Flamingo.

As we all entered lock down in early 2020, Caroline was the first I knew of to offer a Zoom based yoga class. In the early days we all grappled with speaker view and mute while trying to get the camera working with the TV.

Caroline combines her professional knowledge with her hilarious charm to deliver a wonderful class which is never the same twice over. She provides options for beginners and those with more experience, and always captures the mood of the day.

Fit Flamingos is great fun, welcoming to all and good for the heart and soul.
