Yoga Sleep... It's not actually sleep, but it is a wonderfully powerful guided deep meditative/relaxation technique. A chance to feel renewed and energised, positive and grateful or ready for sleep. Yoga Nidra is a beautiful inner study of yourself. The body is deeply relaxed whilst the mind is conscious. The state of Yoga Nidra is great for relieving stress.
