About this Class

Caroline teaches Yoga Hatha, occasionally using props. The class is often varied, sometimes they incorporate stronger poses, sometimes they will involve less intense poses, but Caroline always caters for all capabilities. This class also incorporates Pranayama, or breathwork, and a touch of yoga philosophy, for those interested. If you want calm, if you want time out, if you want serenity, whilst at the same time stretching and strengthening the body, then you need yoga in your life. I kid you not, yoga is amazing and will change your life.
