Yin Yoga Yin Yoga is a selection of mainly floor based poses, which target the joints. The poses are held for a longer period of time, creating strength in the connective tissues of the body. In this class, we also work on meridians from Traditional Chinese medicine, which can help imbalances in the internal organs. It is a passive practice but can be challenging to hold still, and is a perfect compliment to a busy life or a very active exercise regime. Yoga Nidra Yoga Sleep... It's not actually sleep, but it is a wonderfully powerful guided deep meditative/relaxation technique. A chance to feel renewed and energised, positive and grateful or ready for sleep. Yoga Nidra is a beautiful inner study of yourself. The body is deeply relaxed whilst the mind is conscious. The state of Yoga Nidra is great for relieving stress.
