About the event
Join Becky Griffiths and l for a day of Yoga and Sound this Autumn 🍂
We are looking forward to bringing you some beautiful Yoga including Flow, Yin and a fun chair sequence. There will be our usual, extended, super-healing soundbowl relaxation. And interspersed with healthy and nourishing vegetarian lunch and snacks.
Flitton and Greenfield Village Hall is set in mid Beds and is a lovely, spacious venue for our next day retreat. We hope to see you there!
The day is £100 inclusive of lunch, snacks and all Yoga. It is suitable for all.
