About the event
There are poses we love and poses we are not so keen on. Yet if we took the time to explore them we might find new ways of doing them and they become more accessible and part of our repertoire. This is a fun, no pressure session. Chance to try some new things but with no pressure for those who prefer to keep things simple so l will make it suitable for all. Come and play.
