Retreat Fishley Hall 15th to 18th November 2024

Lisa and l are teaching a 3 night retreat in Norfolk. We have just 1 sharing space left for this lovely pre Christmas weekend at £565.

This includes delicious vegetarian and vegan food, brunch, dinner and afternoon cake. 2 extended Yoga practices a day and a Gong bath and soundbowl meditation. A sauna and ice bath experience. And a weather dependent trip to the sea with optional sea swim.
